Alright, for once NOT a weed hookup thread...

If I were looking at picking shrooms in SA, how would I "get started" so to speak? So far I've found out that Psilocybe cubensis or "gold tops", which usually grow in cow shit on hot days, after a few days of rain.
I DON'T want to go pick the first shrooms I see growing from cow shit though so I was wondering the best ways to avoid picking poisonous shrooms and dying? Are there any clear indicators of a poisonous mushroom?

What the fuck do you think makes you go troppo when you eat shrooms? Best off going to Coles and buy the ones off the shelf, they are your best bet

Make sure you don't get ones with maggots. They have extra poison in them and will kill you quicker due to a reaction with the cow shit
